Could be better than this
I had bad experience starts from the in-app shopping where the app size doesn’t match my iPhone 12, some icons are hiden at the bottom of the page. The second experience is that i purchased one duvet which took around 1 week to collect it from the store.
Bad experience
Basically there was stock for the item , I trusted the app and made my order via apple pay, directly cancelled, took service charge and the item disappeared from app due to its not available in first place and about payment! Will take 5-7 working days ! Yah thats a bad experience for a new customer and a bad impression
