I really enjoy it but I think it is better if they added a history page which will take you back to your video and some times the app closes suddenly and it says that you reached the maximum number of watching and that you should delete some episodes while I didn’t download any and I am on shahid vip

I am writing to request a refund for my 6-month subscription to the Shahid app, which I purchased through the App Store. Unfortunately, my Shahid account is not working and I have already contacted Shahid customer support multiple times, but they were unable to resolve the issue. They informed me that my account is not activated from the App Store side.

As I have paid for a subscription that is not working, I would like to request a refund. I believe this is a fair request as I have not received the service I paid for. I have attached a copy of my subscription confirmation for your reference.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Please let me know if you require any further information from me to process my refund request.

You have the option to download any favourite movie you would like, but unfortunately this application doesn’t want to download it, I have contacted the support and every time someone will mail me regarding my case and wants screen shoots, I have responded with the same replies for more then 3 agents and still they want me to send them same responses, is this repping off business? I was happy with my Jawwi TV which I recommend at least there is more English contents to see, I feel sorry for MBC to put those agents as incharge for the business, I am working in a media company and I know unhappy customer is not good for the company reputation, fix your mistakes and stop playing, this is becoming serious business, wakeup!
