Book 3, Cyborgs: Mankind Redefined - Book Three of Cyborgs: Mankind Redefined
This book can be downloaded and read in iBooks on your Mac or iOS device.
Love is not logical. Neither is leaving her alone.
Restored Cyber Soldier, Marcus 582, thinks the chances of dating reluctant cyborg, Rachel 235, are slim. His cyborg mind can’t calculate the odds of her loving him back with any accuracy. His human side certainly feel Rachel's resistance to his every romantic overture. Neither of those change the fact he’s compelled to protect her.
Marcus understands why Rachel doesn’t want to be a cyborg. After all, her conversion wasn’t voluntary like his. But she wants a life without any cyborgs in it, including herself. Too bad though, he can’t give it to her. He’s already lost all he can stand to lose in his life. He refuses to lose Rachel too.
About the Cyborgs: Mankind Redefined series
This is a science fiction and fantasy series that takes place in the not too distant future. These Cyborg romance heroes are genetically engineered military men who have been cybernetically imprisoned after a near apocalyptic global war. The heroine in Book 1 appears briefly in every book as one by one she and her team attempt to restore each soldier's humanity. Each book in the series deals with a different restored cyborg. Each story also contains lots of action and adventure, some violence and language, and hopefully a few laughs along the way.

Adore this series
This series just keeps getting better and better with each book. I actually never thought I would enjoy cyborg books until I started reading this series. With each book I remember why I love both sci-fi and romance. Donna just tells an amazing story and I'm so glad I'm along for the ride. She gives you an awesome read but leaves you crumbs here and there and at the end wanting more.
The sci-fi fan in me loved this story but the part that wanted the romance, felt it lacking. I felt there was very little romance. It's a great storyline and lots of action but what little romance there was, was just ok. I didn't really feel that they truly wanted to be with each other. Despite that, I'm interested enough, I want to read the other books. I want to know Peyton and Kingstons story. I just hope there is more feeling in their books.
