The gradual decrease of cigarretes prepared me to stand firmly. This way I learned how to resist temptations as less and less cigarretes were allowed in my program.
At some point there were so few a day that I jumped to none, it felt easier than smoke one in a day for example.
I just quit, only 3 days, but the last ten or more times I tryed never got me to this far.
