Still not working properly for 2021

I’ve purchased 2021 season VideoPass and can’t watch it here. In fact I can’t watch in any iOS device. Is it a problem in Brazil only?

It's not working

I tryed to download this App on my iPhone 5, but the download never completes. An error message says to try to download again. It miss a task.
The second problem is if at some point will I need to pay something in order to have full functionality of this App.
