The City Concealed is an online video series that explores the unseen corners of New York. We visit the places you don't know exist, locations you can't get into, or maybe don't even want to. Each installment unearths New York's rich history in the city's hidden remains and overlooked spaces. Locations include Newton Creek, Weeksville, Freshkills Park, North Brother Island, United Palace Theater, and more. Released bi-weekly from producer WNET Thirteen, New York's PBS affiliate station and public media broadcaster. For more information about the series, go to www.thirteen.org/thecityconcealed.
