Open iTunes to buy and download apps.
Please Note: When you hold the device in landscape mode (sideways) it will display the instruction screen. To use the application the device must be held in portrait mode (vertical). This is the reason in the review section user reported the App freezing as they were actually looking at the instructions and not the App pannel.
Lets face it every day we are faced with the choice to consume an amazing amount of calories yet many people don't understand how our bodies deal with these "calories" nor how many or really few we actually need! Here is where Ultimate BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) helps you by filling this gap as an educational tool which allows you to enter critical data about yourself to understand just how many calories do you require at rest as a base line along with your BMI (Body Mass Index) number and interpretation.
In addition, you can also use the slider controls to check "what if's" as when your weight drops, how much should you reduce your caloric intake to either maintain or continue your weight management program as this is that nasty plateau that we all seem to hit when we are watching our waists. Also be sure to use it as a weekly tool to monitor your progress, as we should all keep an eye on our BMI number each week to manage out weight.
Coupled with colorful graphics and easy to use controls, the ULTIMATE BMR App helps to keep things fun and engaging while planning and monitoring your waist line!
