iTunes Review

The title-track opens with M. Shadows belting out fevered vocals like a young James Hetfield by way of the late Layne Staley from Alice In Chains. Synyster Gates’ dexterous guitar leads import the fretboard-shredding harmonic style that was forged in the fires of early ‘80s British metal, especially during the soaring melodies in the chorus of “Welcome To The Family” and all over the powerful “Danger Line.”

The Rev's Theme

This album is amazing, and best of all, it's a tribute to one of the best drummers in the buisness. The song Afterlife really is Jimmy's Theme, seeing it was written by him, and is, coincidentialy, about his life. However, that was the last album. Hang on to those drums and the Rev's Tarantula, for that's how we fans and drum lovers will remember one of the most unique and extrodinary drummers to have ever chased a giant duck and blow thousands of people away with his music. R.I.P. Jimmy. We, the fans, will never forget you man.

I've been waiting for months for this album to come out!

Love the album, love the band!

It's just not the same without the Rev though, RIP forever man.

The perfect way to say goodbye.

Shadows (vocals), Zacky Vengeance (guitar), Synyster Gates (guitar), the Reverend (drums),...
