Best soundtrack I've heard all year
It's amazing that the movie was the ONLY children's movie to be nominated and WIN an Oscar! (For Makeup.) The soundtrack is awesome. One of the tracks I never get tired of is Imogen Heap's Can't Take It In, which is how I was introduced to her music. Even if the titles aren't the most creative, the music otherwise is heartfelt, sweet-sounding, and breathtaking. Recommended tracks if you'd rather not buy the whole album (but you should, you'll miss out!): Evacuating London, Lucy Meets Mr. Tumnus, From Western Woods to Beaversdam, To Aslan's Camp, The Stone Table, The Battle, Only the Beginning of the Adventure, and Where (I told you the titles were not fantastic, but the music more than makes up for that).
I'm a fan of movie soundtracks and this is one of the best movie soundtracks I've ever heard (I certainly find it better than the "music inspired by" one). The music is beautiful, haunting, magical, sweet. It's hard for me to pick a favourite because I really do like them all, but probably "The Wardrobe" followed by "From Western Woods to Beaversdam". I also like "Can't Take it In" by Imogen Heap and "Where" by Lisbeth Scott.
A Spontaneous, Spectacular, and Breath-taking piece.
