Album Review

The 2012 double-disc deluxe edition of Thin Lizzy's Nightlife contains a remaster of the original album on the first disc and a collection of 11 rarities on the second. Many of these cuts are BBC Sessions, so they've already appeared on Lizzy reissues — i.e., the mammoth 2011 Live at the BBC set — so this isn't quite as enticing as it once would have been, but the three demos ("Showdown," "Still in Love with You," "It's Only Money") with Gary Moore, and the two unreleased alternates of "Showdown" and "Still in Love with You" are worthwhile for the dedicated.
