Nacho Vegas' fourth solo album, El Manifiesto Desastre (2008), is the follow-up to his double-disc collaboration with Spanish alternative rock superstar Enrique Bunbury, El Tiempo de las Cerezas (2006). Lacking any smash hit singles, El Manifiesto Desastre is an 11-track effort that showcases Vegas' talents as a singer/songwriter. Some editions tack on the bonus track "Historia de Nunca Acabar."

Nacho Vegas is the premier indie/folk-rocker of his generation, well known both as a solo artist and collaborator, having worked with a number of successful groups and artists. Born in Gijón in 1974, Vegas got his first taste of musical success with the group Eliminator Jr., emerging at the beginning of the '90s.
