Customer Reviews

Thanks Glen!

I great side dish to all of The Frames music I own. This album is quite reminiscent some of Damien Rices' work, yet still maintains a very unique Hansard touch. Marketa is beautiful and her harmony is what really brings this album home! I am looking forward to seeing the film, and checking out what the films soundtrack has to offer on top of this wonderful album.

Makes me Proud

Glen, You make an 'aul Dubliner like meself very proud. Absolutly beautiful work. "Falling Slowly" brings a tear to my eye almost everytime I listen, and the passion from both yourself and Marketa in "When your minds made up" sends chills through me. Erin go Breadh

Good Songs

I like the songs on this album...only its missing a few of my fave songs from the movie, "Once". "Falling Slowly" is one of my faves, very catchy and happy. If you havent seen the movie yet... you should ...Glen Hansard & Marketa Irglova are great singers with nice chemistry...

He began busking in the streets of Dublin, laying the groundwork for his engaging stage persona and, ironically, mimicking the plot line of Once,...
