Album Review

Although The Sunday Manoa had existed since the mid-'60s, their lineup wasn't steady until it consisted of Robert Cazimero, Roland Cazimero, and Peter Moon. In 1969 this lineup released Guava Jam, catching everyone by surprise with their brand of "contemporary Hawaiian folk music." The group stayed true to the traditions while branching out with new styles and new arrangements.
