Misses The Mark & Here's Why

3 Talented Vocalists - 2 of which had great success in the early careers while coachable, but sputtered terribly since, and the other whom has always been a good but not great singer songwriter but never really had a breakout hit and his two best hits were written by others. All get together- without much if any A&R help and fill their heads with nonsense about how great their work is - how this album is so important and how the industry was wrong about them before.

But the Industry wasn't….

If you want an album full of SlowJams; wailing about about baby making and yearning for a woman lost irrespective of rhythm or lyrical style changes - This is for you - but you probably have Tyrese and Tank's albums already - in which case this sounds EXACTLY the same. Unless you want 8 hours of it and their previous work gives only 6.5 you are wasting your money. Their previous sales tell us that not much of the public actually wants that.

The songs themselves aren't bad. they can be passable mixed with other artists. it's just way too much of the same. And how does anyone especially these 3 whom know better release an album with not even one uptempo track for the Clubs or Cars. Shame on them and their label for releasing this it's impossible to listen to it the whole way thru. Mix it up on playlists that feature other artists.. Maybe..

Tyrese go back to the big screen; Ginuwine beg Timbaland for forgiveness. Tank do what you do without these other two knuckleheads - and progress your craft to include some uptempo work - Ala Joe Thomas & Trey Songz as you are running out of time in your 15 minutes...

From all the hype I have been hearing about this I thought it would be absolutely incredible. But in my opinion it was just meh and like every other song out there

Tgt is in the house

Real RnB reborn ;p Amazing album debut to the end!!!!!!!

Genre: R&B/Soul

Longtime friends and veteran R&B singers Tyrese, Ginuwine, and Tank formed a trio, dubbed TGT, in 2007. They worked together on a remix of Tank's "Please Don't Go," and appeared on Slim Thug's "Let Me Grind," but they didn't make their alliance official until 2012, when they signed with the Atlantic label. Promising to provide pure and mature R&B, their first proper release was the ballad "Sex Never Felt Better," issued in February 2013. They released their first album, Three Kings, that August,...
