The music on this album takes the listener into another realm where the sounds stir emotions within your soul. Haunting, powerful, otherworldly, emotional and unique is the way I describe the music found on this album. Every song is a work of musical genius. From the despairing "Anywhere out of the World" and creepy "Windfall" to the haunting "Cantara" and otherworldy gothic "Summoning of the
Muse" this album will captivate its listeners.

Dead Can Dance combine elements of European folk music -- particularly music from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance -- with ambient pop and worldbeat flourishes.
