Explosion

First of all, I don't agree with the itunes review exactly. I believe it detracts from the full magnitude that this album has. It is true that her work on this album is completely raw and somewhat sophomoric but I believe it is these qualities that make this a great immortal work. Alanis inspired so many wannabes, she gave voice to a generation and succeeded in getting her affairs in order all at the same time with this album. I think this is in the top ten of most defining albums of the '90's and in the top three most defining female albums of the 90's. I think that most music lovers should own a copy of this if only to say they have heard the full album at least once.

Jagged Little Gold!!

Alanis hit the nail on the head with this album. She had a "Dance" album prior to this which is not really worth the money. This is the album that made her who she is. Buying this album is not a waste of money at all.

5 STARS!

This is the cd that brings Alanis back, and there is not a song on this cd I don't love. Alanis has done an excellent job on this cd. You can tell she has put great feeling into her songs. 5 Stars! ~Kyle

However, she bolstered that formula with enough pop sensibility, slight...
