Underrated album!

This is one of my Fav CT albums - it may not live up to some of the masterpiece CT albums from the 70’s but it is an underrated album that has some solid songs. Sure some people may argue that it may have a bit of a dated 80’s production - and that may be somewhat true - but the songs are solid and catchy as hell. "Tonight It’s You" is an underrated classic that is worthy of standing up to any of their other classics like Surrender of I Want You To Want Me - only wish CT played it live more often. To me this album show the band trying to create something on their own terms instead of being locked in making an album that the record company wants them to make so it will sell - which it what happens in the later 80’s/early 90’s. Glad to see iTunes has a copy of this hard to find album - now if we can only get a remastered version to clean up some of the production to make this album shine. Stand out tracks for me are 1, 2, 4, 7, 8, 9 & 10.

Their sound provided a blueprint for both power pop and...
