On LongLive you’ll hear avant-garde electronic music references, chopped-and-screwed vocals that once prevailed in Houston, as well as a variety of cameo appearances from Santigold to Waka Flocka Flame. Kendrick Lamar, Drake and 2 Chainz assist A$AP on the stylish, stripped-down “F**kin’ Problems”. Florence Welch lends her powerful pipes to the resonant “I Come Apart”.
Give him two weeks max 1month, and his album gonna be #1. This will probably be one the best album of the year.
Rockys Amazing, Great Album
The album is disappointing when held in comparison to other albums released this year like GKMC or Bad Habits & Contradictions and is arguably a step down from both Live.Love.A$AP and A$AP MOB. Unfortunately the Album has no real impact on the Hip-Hop industry and lacks innovation, with the exception of Wild for The Night ft. Skrillex. Rocky is sticking to a rather repetitive Bone thugs/Master P Rhyme Scheme which in turn creates a mundane listen and a rather rushed sounding flow. Overall, the poor mixing /mastering of vocals, correlation of beats and unnecessary collaborations make this highly anticipated album sound like a mix-tape only worth purchasing to die hard Rocky fans. However, if you're skeptical about purchasing the tape and have not heard Long.Live.A$AP or A$AP MOB I would strongly recommend giving those spectacular mix-tapes a listen.
