Album Review

German producer and DJ Roger Shah once again embraces his alter ego of Sunlounger for this album, designed to suit many moods. As on Sunlounger's debut, Sunny Tales follows an unusual gambit: each of the 12 songs included on this album appears in two versions, first in a "Chill Mix" suited to relaxing or thoughtful pursuits, and a "Dance Mix," which features the same songs but with bolder and more insistent beats designed for club play. Both sides reflect the unusual perspective of one of the more unique figures in electronic dance music.

Customer Reviews

One of the best albums for relaxation and for geting away from everyday work stress. Anytime I come home from a stressful day at work I put on this album and it takes me far far away from reality and puts me into a peaceful trance. I recommend this album to anybody who is a fan of electronic and dance music, I'm going to be purchasing their previous full length album ASAP!

Best Trance/Chill of 2008

Quite honestly the best trance/chill album of 2008, no lie :D It's gotten me through nights of physics and cisco homework, and is just amazing to listen to while doing everything and anything really... with the two moods of music represented (chill and energetic), it really does suit just about every occasion. Have to say that once I get the battery in my ipod replaced, I'll be listening to this til it's busted again :O Favourite tracks are definetly Lost and One More Day, but the rest of it is no worse, and it's all great and listenable. I give it a 5/5 :D

Great album to work out with or relax with

Simply an amazing album. The chill versions of the songs are incredibly relaxing, like being on the Spanish coast at a shoreside restaurant. The dance versions are excellent trance music and I use them to work out at the gym constantly. HIGHLY recommend this album, if you're only looking to grab one or two songs I strongly recommend "Lost" and "Your name"
