Great listen!

It was a great album although I liked costs a bit more and most of the songs somewhat sounded alike but the songs that really got me were the in your face lyrics to Faceless, the melody of Still Alive and the gorgeous acoustic number from the songs title track Milestone!

Don't call it a sophmore slump

Personally, I found this album to have everything a good, straight up hardcore LP needs: strong opening, softer instrumental segway and a blistering coup detat. While I'm still fleshing the heart of the album out, finding gems throughout and gaining an appreciation for the album as a whole, Milestone, Gutter (that gorgeously performed breakdown is astronomic!), and Maternity (has Christian post-hardcore produced so violent an offering??) provide some truly memorable moments. Top notch album, but considering Facedown's track record of late, I'm not the least bit surprised.


Too good. One of the bands for whatever genre they are. Legit breakdown core. Get it.
