iTunes Review

TLC didn’t just name their long-awaited third LP in honour of their supporters—the opening title track, a slick number with stuttering Y2K beats, is an explicit dedication to fans. The album covers the spectrum of late-’90s R&B, bringing together twitchy, stylized futurism, sensual Babyface-produced ballads, and propulsive jams. From T-Boz going deep on the lilting “Unpretty” to Chilli giving a deadbeat lover the ultimate kiss-off on the perennial sing-along “No Scrubs,” the trio radiates an earthy authenticity that makes Fanmail hit home.

I'm a TLC fan but nothing groundbreaking on this

that's right, I felt like the album was made half hearted, and I remember being so mad why TLC did not include Left eye's rap in the No Scrubs album version, unlike the video version HAHHAA. Anyway , 'FanMail' is Nothing special but the album's not that bad either. Dont expect this to be a sequel to their insanely successful Crazysexycool album; I still think WHitney's 'My love is your love' album should've the 2000 Grammy for Best R&B album. Sorry TLC and rest in peace Lisa lopes.
