Beautiful music, horrible lossy encoding!

Subject says it all. Respectful covers by a master, whose distinctive guitar phrasing shines on all tracks. Nice laid-back band. "Across the Universe" and "In My Life," among others, are lovely.

But over-compression leading to “brickwalling" on these mp3s (I presume it's due to the mp3 encoding and not the original recording) ruins the sound whenever the bands gets the slightest bit loud. VERY disappointing in that regard.
