Trip down memory lane

This is a hilarious reminder of the way things were. He can't really sing, and the songs are really mundane, but when I was thirteen I thought this was the best album ever and Silver Lady still has a certain nostalgic appeal. It's a real time capsule of an album, just like his first album - a few bars and you're right back in satin flares, with too much eye-liner and addicted to Starsky and Hutch. Worth listening to for the memories, but I'm glad I grew out of this kind of music!
