Album Review

Recorded in concert early in the year, En Vivo Desde el Lunario (2009) is a live CD/DVD by Peruvian singer/songwriter Gian Marco. Prior to this release, Marco had earned a couple Latin Grammy nominations and released the album Desde Adentro (2008), on which he reclaimed songs that he had written for others in the past. Over a decade and a half into his solo career, Marco has a gold mine of material to perform. En Vivo Desde el Lunario includes 17 tracks in all, including "Canta Corazón," a smash hit he wrote for Alejandro Fernández.
