James Taylor

James Taylor has a, light, cheerful, easy folk guitar sound to his music. In this album he does a great rendition of an earlier hit by Carole King, in which he delivers a graceful style using arpegio guitar and enhances this song with a great harmony near the end. Any guitar player could aspire to his method of playing because it is so simple, yet complex. Since I grew up to his music when his hits first made the airwaves, it is hard not to listen in awe to every nuance in each song he composes. Every time I listen to his songs, I hear something new that I never noticed before which even better encapsulates his music and further compliments his unique style. Mr Taylor could be easily noted as one of the all time greatest artists from the 20th (and 21st) centurie(s).
