Haunting music

I first heard this music at a tai chi retreat. We used it as background for our performance of the form we were learning. It slowed the pace of the movement and took my focus from the moves to a meditative state. I now do the 73 forms to this music and end up amazingly relaxed and restored when I'm done. It's haunting quality stirs strong emotion as I do the form.


It is the most relaxing music you can listen to. And at the same time it is such a touching music...The doudouk is a music instrument you won't forget. You should buy this album with your eyes closed.
