He makes beautiful tunes!

Beautiful, emotional, haunting, disarming, powerful and invigorating

Just a few of the words one could use to describe "Spirit Guides" the debut full-length release from Evening Hymns. Truly a musical buffet full of sorrow and joy all wrapped up into a ten song album. Jonas Bonnetta, the driving force behind the band has been honing his craft for a few years now releasing "Farewell To Harmony" under his own name and an Evening Hymns EP titled "Lets All Get Happy Together" in 2006 and 2007 respectively. Both recordings should be experienced to fully appreciate the maturing of an artist who's so passionate about his craft, you can almost feel the blood sweat and tears he has shed emanating from these songs. This album will take you on a journey, creating an image in the minds eye that will move you from country back roads to the very tops of snowy mountains all within the 40 minutes it takes to absorb this incredible record. Evening Hymns deserves every bit of praise and worship for bestowing this religious experience upon the world. Hallelujah!

I could not resist this album!

Transcendent on all levels.
