Produced by Emanuel Rufinengo and Danilo Ballo, Ana Belen's Peces de Ciudad was recorded in Rome, Milan, Brescia, Mexico City, and Madrid. This captivating 11-track record opens with a well-arranged mid-tempo called "Tengo Miedo," followed by a collection of sensual and reflective songs composed by Joaquín Sabina, Víctor Manuel, Carlos Varela, Fito Paez, and Franco DeVita, among other talented Latin songwriters. The record also has an acoustic "Yo Vengo a Ofrecer Mi Corazón," the intimate "Un Extraño en Mi Banera," and a contemporary version of Luis Angel Castro's "Puerto Viejo," Ana Belen brings a selection of songs made for a great listen all the way through.
