Epic flashback!

This was the very first project we recorded in the recording studio my wife and I opened almost 30 years ago and it's wild to see it still rocking on iTunes after all this time.

The tracks were all remixed and mastered for this version which was released in France by indie label New Rose.

The original version Was a self released vinyl LP and was recorded, and mixed in 10 hour block and I still have the original lacquer plate.

Psyche is an underrated band with a dark, ominous talent that had a significant impact on their niche of music.

Buy the album if you want a pure slice of history. The were doing industrial dark wave before it was a genre.

Side note: I had a chance to collaborate on a track called "Waiting for the Strange" which Darrin let Al Jourgensen of Ministry listen to while they were hanging out in Chicago circa 1985-6. If you listen to our track and compare with the sound Ministry switched to....well, I'll let you draw your own conclusions. :)

We did a bunch of tracks together over the ensuing years.

Combining synth pop and goth rock, Psyche built a solid fan base in Europe and a cult following in the rest of the world with their combination of drama and melody.
