So What if it Has 8 Tracks, Get Over It!

A lot of people are getting worked-up over the fact that this album only has 8 songs. But to be perfectly honest, they're 8 very good songs averaged around 5 minutes a piece (rounding out to about the same total length as most other 12 - 14 track albums). If MSTRKRFT rushed another 4 or 5 songs to add to the album, they probably would have been crap and would have made this album suffer. The Looks is a fantastic disc, stand-out tracks include "Work On You", "Easy Love", "The Looks", and "Neon Knights". So sure, it could have been longer, but what's here is great. So for that I reccommend MSTRKRFT's "The Looks."

Good stuff...

This is awsome, if your'e a fan of Death From Above 1979, and/or Daft Punk,(and you should be!!) this is right smack in the middle. Great album, glad I bought it... enjoy!!

Yes

This was definitly worth the wait. Here's to a (hopefully) long list of future releases!

In addition to releasing two singles ("Easy Love" and "Work on You") and an LP in July 2006 on Last Gang Records, MSTRKRFT have remixed several buzz bands such as Metric, Wolfmother, the Kills, and Bloc Party.
