Escape The Fate (Craig Mabbit)

Escape The Fate's new album release. I've had this album for a little over two weeks now. Dying Is Your Latest Fashion with Ronnie Radke was better in the sense of screaming and a deeper voice, This War Is Ours is better in the sense of more poppy and high pitched no screaming Lyrics. Besides The Flood and This War Is Ours (The Gullotine II). Really If you're a die hard ETF fan go buy the album from HMV or something to atleast get the pretty book and cover. If wanting to have an Mp3 format of This War Is Ours. one word, Limewire! other than that my personal preference, Dying Is you latest Fashion much better lyriclly and instrumentally (Sp?) This War Is Ours is good but not Escape The Fate material.

Different... but still ETF

I have been with Escape the Fate since day one and, to tell the truth, I was a little nervous when i heard that Ronnie and Omar left. Then i heard "the flood" single and i have to say, i wans't dissapointed. They still kept their sound even without the other two, but their sound is slightly different, which is natural with a new singer. What i was dissapointed of is the lyrics. Craig Mabbit (blessthefall) sings about love, and as a result, they have more softer songs. With Ronnie, all the songs were punky, and Craig still continues that, but where i was expecting shredding guitars, i got acoustic sounds (Not that that's bad). A good song is The War Is Ours (The Guillotine 2). Craig has a great scream, and i was expecting more of that, and Monte Money made amazing riffs and solos. I will miss Ronnie, but I have to move on like these guys. Keep up the good work! P.S. I noticed that so many great albums have come out in 2008. This, Rise Against, The Offspring, Motle Crue, Bullet For My Valentine, Protest the Hero, Alesana, and Avenged Sevenfold are just of the top of my head and 2008 isn't over yet, who knows what else is going to come out? check the other albums by these bands if you liked this one.

Un des meilleurs albums de l'année!!!

This War Is Ours (The Guillotine 2): 5/5 9. 10 Miles Wide: 5/5 10. Harder Than You Know: 5/5 11. It's Just Me: 4.5/5

Formed: 2004 in Las Vegas, NV

Genre: Rock

Years Active: '00s, '10s

Formed in 2004, Las Vegas post-hardcore group Escape the Fate prided itself, above all else, on an energetic and visceral live show. Following the demise of their previous band, singer Ronnie Radke and bassist Max Green recruited keyboardist Carson Allen, guitarist Omar Espinoza, and drummer Robert Ortiz. Debuting live barely one month after forming, the band found early success via local radio outlets and quickly amassed a devoted hometown following. By September 2005, Escape the Fate had won a...
