Everything is stuck on repeat

To be honest, okay, its catchy. The music industry knows how to manufacture this stuff. It's their job. Now, this album will sell. There's no doubt about that. It's well polished, it has a pretty face (taylor swift on crack) and it has some worthwhile beats I suppose. However, people WHEN did music become like this? Our generation has been stuck in a music time WARP. Spice Girls --> Britney --> Miley Cyrus! When is popular music going to evolve into something beyond this!

So please I beg you, don't buy this. Ke$ha will get rich enough don't worry about her.

The less who buy this repetitive junk the more we demand from the mainstream music industry something we have been music in the last decade:

side note: there are many amazing artists today, we need the money to go to them, get them mainstream
demand quality

come on, just leave her alone, ok?

I completely understand why a LOT of people gave this album a bad review. It's comercial, her voice is edited, it all sounds the same nowadays and yadda yadda. Deep music, beautiful voices & touching lyrics are important, I know. I usually value these things in music. But I still bought this album. Why ? Because I'm so sick of everybody being depressed! Sometimes, shallow, fun, dance music is ok!! I just want to have fun once in a while and not have to listen to some guy singing about how he lost everything. We're in a recession, newspaper fill our ears with bad news, there's war ... Why can't someone just release a CD to make people dance and forget about this all without being slapped in the face??

brutal has been pushed to the limits

This isn't music. It is noise. Air pollution even. There's an over saturation of vocal effects in the world of music today, most notably an abuse of autotune, which was first intended to help singers achieve better pitch on a great performance. Now, it seems to be the only thing we hear on all singers. Thanks Cher.
Not worth the time. The songs, if they can be called that, are a mere representation of what today's youth is all about. Partying, using, abusing, getting laid, feeling bad about it the next day... etc. I'm part of that youth, don't get me wrong - I'm in my early 20s. This album is as throwaway as our society. You won't even remember her name tomorrow - just like she won't remember who gave her herpes last night.

A brash and driven pop singer/songwriter, Kesha (Kesha Rose Sebert) was born in Los Angeles but moved to Nashville when she was four, where her mother -- a longtime songwriter -- had inked a publishing deal. (Over a decade prior to that, Pebe Sebert's biggest success had come with "Old Flames Can't Hold a Candle to You," originally recorded by Joe Sun and later by Dolly Parton.) Before finishing high school, Kesha returned to L.A. for the sake of jump-starting her own music career, despite being...
