Customer Reviews

One of the best of 2008

Wow! What a pleasant surprise this album turned out to be. I was in line at a local Starbucks for my morning caffeine fix and Sonya's CD sitting there on the counter spoke to me. I had never heard of Sonya Kitchell before yet the CD cover and title kind of drew me in. So I bought it. Upon hearing the first song I was hooked. The 11 songs that follow are equally as good. There are many different musical styles and vibes present that it will appeal to a wide variety of listeners. Fans of artists such as Katie Melua, Dido, Sarah McLachlan, or even Norah Jones should give Sonya a listen to. Highly recommended!
