I really enjoy this album. Elliot didn't re-invent the wheel, but did create an album that stands on its own and not as a weak 'Cars' attempt. Good rock edge in his playing and in the lyrics mixed with solid American pop. Kinda makes me wonder why Ric didn't open up the songwriting duties because this album is much more focused and satisfying than 'Door to Door'. Too bad Elliot never followed this up.
