Why can't they make a solid album anymore?

It was a great, versatile album until after "As Fast As You Can", where it just stopped, dropped and rolled... all the way down the hill! They could havve at least spread out all the droning, and slow ballads instead of bunch them all in the second half. Our Lady Peace, you lost it way back at Spiritual Machines.
