I have been a Rush fan since the 70's . . . there have been good albums, there have been great albums . . .and then there's Clockwork Angels. I was doubtful . . . all the previews gushed with positives: could it be THAT good? In a word, YES!!! YES!!! YES!!!! In my opinion this is (at first listen) Rush's masterpiece. Geddy talks about finding the perfect song, the perfect album: I hope he keeps trying - I hope they keep playing but right now, this might very well be it. This is unbelievably rich, with melodies the likes of which I didn't think would every be heard coming from Rush. If you are a Rush fan, you will love this CD. If you've never heard Rush and want a way to discover them, perhaps this is a bit over the top and overwhelming . . . it is a stunning work, and when you consider they've been around so long and are still able to put out music like this!!!! Together and separate (both as a whole album and as separate songs) Rush has definitely outdone themselves...

Yeah, that's Rush !

Rush formed in Toronto, Ontario, in the autumn of 1968, initially comprising guitarist Alex Lifeson (born Alexander...
