It’s pretty good
It’s a great app for when you just need to talk to someone but you don’t have the courage to call. But the thing is it’s only open Wednesday to Sunday, something really bad happened to me on Monday but I had to wait 3 days to talk to someone about it. And even if it was Wednesday-Sunday when I wanted to talk, it doesn’t open until 6:00 in Ontario. Hope you can make it 24/7. Thanks
its better to just message 686868 than use this app. they respond quicker and are much nicer and helpful
Do not get. I repeat, do not get.
It take AGES to get to talk to someone. Like ages. Not that I’m saying that people shouldn’t have help, but have more flipping agents, you idiots. And it say it takes an average 20 minutes, no, 2 hours. Two hours! You guys aren’t ALWAYS here to help!
If you leave the app (still running) to go check a text or something, it turns you back to number(random number). You can never ever stay in one place.
Too many notifications! Like every SINGLE minute, there’s a notification, “Turn back to the app to keep your session running!” HELL I DONT CARE. It’s so annoying, like NO!
Four: Help me.
You guys really need some good info, I haven’t tried this out yet, but I’m almost sure it sucks like all the others. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO IMPROVE THIS!!!!
