No support
They updated app and transaction was lost - they claimed old address would still receive but wallet didn’t receive funds - 3 weeks of messages to “support” and nothing said back - avoid this wallet

Fatfredsaid, your funds are safe once they are transferred to Freewallet addresses! Please note that it is the BCH network that switched to the new format of address. We've also put the relevant notification in our app asking users to generate a new BCH address prior to making a transaction. We'll always be able to recover your transaction.
