Bit Gym perfection
Synchronized to my bicycle utilizing a stationary conversion and Bluetooth system. The scenic video tours keep you motivated throughout the workout. Incredible selection of roadways and pathways world wide including waterways.
Essential
I do at least 30 minutes at a jog on my elliptical almost every day. I couldn’t do it without BitGym! I’m 67 and this is how I stay slim and fit.

Best of the indoor cycle apps I’ve tried (3)
I’ve tried 3 different indoor cycle apps and so far this is the best. The real outdoor scenery, the background music, and most importantly the quality of the real time coaching are all superb. One minor gripe: I had to deduct one star because the coach referenced disgraced cheater Lance (yellow jersey, you know who I’m talking about) as a motivational tool at one point, and I’m sorry but in that moment it just galled me rather than inspired me. Otherwise, I do find the coaching excellent and the app’s ability to utilize my tablet’s camera to monitor me eliminates the need for extra add ons. Extra add ons to connect to the app may provide more accurate feedback, I don’t know, but, in my estimation the app is doing at least a fairly (if not wholly) accurate job tracking my effort, just accessing my camera.
