Love it! Easy to use and motivating

I am a 54-year-old woman and this app is helping me get into the best shape of my life. It's so convenient to do at home or in hotels if traveling. The app plans it all for you and tracks your results - no effort required (apart from doing the exercises, of course, which push me way harder than I would push myself - great!). This is the longest (starting my 10th week) that I've ever stuck with one program. I've always worked out but constantly flitted from one thing to another. You Are Your Own Gym is the BEST.

I've always worked out regularly and
wanted to maintain and gain strength
but have never been interested in
taking the time to learn weight routines.
I've used this program since July 2014.
I've noticed I've gained muscle definition
Definitely worth the money. It's easy to use
very convenient without the hyp I've seen
around other programs. About the only
problem I've seen is that playing music
causes the audio alerts (30 sec warning,etc)
To fail with some routines.
I'll keep using this program for the next
few years. I initially started with the book which
helps to understand the exercise variations.
I also told 3-4 people. One of whom I
see doing the routines in the gym
Regularly - he's in his 30's and finds
The routines challenging too.
