52 year old guy
I've always worked out regularly and
wanted to maintain and gain strength
but have never been interested in
taking the time to learn weight routines.
I've used this program since July 2014.
I've noticed I've gained muscle definition
Definitely worth the money. It's easy to use
very convenient without the hyp I've seen
around other programs. About the only
problem I've seen is that playing music
causes the audio alerts (30 sec warning,etc)
To fail with some routines.
I'll keep using this program for the next
few years. I initially started with the book which
helps to understand the exercise variations.
I also told 3-4 people. One of whom I
see doing the routines in the gym
Regularly - he's in his 30's and finds
The routines challenging too.
Super informative, great videos to demonstrate proper technique. Great exercises if you work away from home and spend a lot of time in hotels/motels.
I train a lot! And Yayog IS my most powerfull tool.
