Nice driver
Rude drivers and bad customer support
Drivers were rude and refused to drop me off at my location after accepting my ride. I contacted the Bolt support team and they did not provide any help. I was still charged for the ride and had a very unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend using this app.
Most disgusting trip. Driver made me wait for more than 25 minutes. Care stopped on the road.
