What's New in Version 1.03
- Fixed a bug that sometimes caused the game to become unresponsive to player input.
- Restored support for setting different Antialias options in the game settings screen.
With the plethora of first-person shooter games that seemed to have saturated the market, I had resigned myself to the fact that well written puzzle adventure-style games were destined to be a memory that I'd remember fondly but my kids would never experience. I was absolutely thrilled to see how wrong I was. This game is top-notch in every detail - stunning graphics, an engaging storyline, development of characters that you care about, wonderful voice acting, loads of humorous references throughout, and a simply breathtaking musical store that in every way weaves you into the fantasy land envisioned by the team at King Art.
If you've made it this far to where you reading reviews, you're obviously interested in this type of game. Get it - you absolutely won't be disappointed.
And no, I don't work in any way, shape or form for King GmbH, though I know from the review it sounds like I would. My only ulterior motive is that I want them to be successful enough to continue to work on sequels or other projects similar in style to this one… especially on the Mac!
Does not work
This game does not appear to work on my MacPro, which easily meets the game requirements. Crashes on startup and keeps wanting me to download an update. Too bad because it looks very entertaining.
