Really works

I have had this app for 5 weeks and have lost 11 pounds. It really works but requires being absolutely truthful about what you consume
and ensure you document all of it. The database is huge and seems to have everything. One can also make up special recipes if the food is not found and you know the ingredients or just simply add calories.

I have found that I can manage on 500-600 calories less per day than my allowance, which helped my weight loss. I did this by ensuring I had light snacks of fruit or raw vegs between meals. After about 3 weeks you get used to eating less.

Works the best out of any dieting methods I have tried. Highly recommended. Does not require an annual subscription. You buy it and it is yours to use without further cost although there is plan you can join if you wish. I did not do so.
