The BEST way to procrastinate!
Hilarious and relatable stories from real students - in real time
At Chillabit we believe in life, liberty, and the pursuit of chill. Being a student is a lot more than just essays and 8am lectures. It's about exploring new opportunities, and taking time to kickback, procrastinate a little, and just chill a bit!

What's New in Version 3.4
Changes to profile, chats, and some bug fixes!
I was harassed by users online and then they found me in school too.
Pictures from my private Facebook account were also posted publicly, and I was actually stalked in school. The people in charge of this app are extremely biased.
The app itself is... fine. It functions well, even though it's more or less a Yik Yak clone. The problem is the userbase, and the fact that the devs seem to have a difficult time separating themselves from the users in able to form objective opinions about what should or shouldn't be welcome on the app. People the devs have had problems with off the app have been banned and yet others who have created off-app problems for other users are protected, either by having call-out posts against them removed or by being given special considerations when they make reports ("Students Only"? That's a laugh!). I didn't use to believe in "SJW culture", in fact, I used to be pretty hardcore liberal, but the way this app and its development team handles itself has pushed me pretty far to the edge. It's an unprofessional and biased husk propping up a shiny and user friendly shell, claiming legitimacy and exclusivity when, in fact, it is the plaything of a few favourite sons, being hoarded by a handful while the general population is left to wonder what exactly the big deal is.
This app is a joke
I really don't know what to say about what this app has become. What started off as a good intentioned app allowing students to connect with other students, and to post anonymously about a variety of topics (anxieties, humour, general inquiries) has turned ugly. Now the app is used to call out and bully other students with little to no interference by the team who claims to run the app. Nudes are freely posted and are encouraged under the guise of "body positivity", even though there is no way to control how far these images can spread. Nudes or "racey" images are screencapped and saved by other users and shared amongst students. The good intentions this app began with (an idea I supported from the beginning) has become a joke, a gateway for bullying and fostering the insecurities of peers, and a terrible place overall. The moderators need to step up and get individuals on this app under control or shut it down, it's as simple as that. They are not doing their jobs or enforcing the rules the way they need to be, and play clear favouritism with certain member allowing them to get away with anything. If I could give this app zero stars I would, so disappointed.
