Citrix Receiver lets you access your enterprise files, applications, and desktops to help you be as productive on the go as you are in the office. If your company uses Citrix, you have the freedom to work on your favorite device from wherever you are. Just ask your IT department how to get started.

1. Open Citrix Receiver and tap Add Account.
2. Enter the Server or email address as instructed by Your IT Help Desk or system administrator.
3. Enter your User Name and Password.
4. Select the applications you want to use.

HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE TO CITRIX - Please contact your company's IT support team before following these steps:

Option 1
1. Open Citrix Receiver and tap 'Settings' and then 'Support'.
2. Tap 'Request Help from Support'; This generates an email with log file.
3. Send the email to your company's IT support team.

Option 2
1. In the App Store, go to Citrix Receiver
2. Tap 'Reviews' and then tap 'App Support' found at the bottom right of the screen.
3. This launches the Citrix support forum where you can review reported issues OR
4. To report issues, tap the menu icon and create an account first.

What's New in Version 7.1.2

Support for StoreFront hidden stores
Citrix Receiver for iOS now supports the use of hidden store URLs from StoreFront. Hidden Stores may be added by appending “?[store name]” to the URL in the Add New Account dialog.

Fixed Issues in 7.1.2:
•Moving the Citrix X1 mouse causes the Japanese phrase list in the virtual keyboard to disappear after inputting Japanese characters into Outlook. [#658983]
•Using the virtual server wizard creates a connection to a web interface server instead of a PNAgent site. As a workaround, change the NetScaler Web Interface Address from https://[StoreFQDN]/Citrix/[StoreName]Web to https://[StoreFQDN]/Citrix/[StoreName]/pnagent/config.xml to connect to a PNAgent site. [#663657]
•Connecting via Squid proxy server fails to launch published applications or desktops. [#651489]
•The Wireless Trackpad feature does not work on devices with iOS 10 installed. [#660963]
•When setting up the Wireless Trackpad feature in a language other than English, “Become trackpad for which device?” and “Cancel” appear in English only and are not translated to another language. If accepted, the “Connecting” text also appears in English only. [#666529, #667031]
•When attempting to import a certificate without clicking Next, the attempt errors out and the following error message appears: “This Site requires a certificate error message”. [#666103]
