Introducing two new Interac features:

This app is terrible now, never had any problems till this last month,I try to accept Etranfers on this app and the screen goes white and stops working,this app hasn’t been updated in several months considering there has been several IOS updates since
Your app is junk
It is so slow at doing anything and is not user friendly at all and it’s ugly. Go look at RBC’s app it is Amazing. I might switch banks because your app is so bad
Terrible app -get it together Coast Capital
It’s 2018, soon to be 2019.....why is the Coast Capital app so terrible?
1. It is brutally slow compared to other banking apps.
2. It just recently stopped saving my login information, so now I need to input my card number manually EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to access my account.
3.E-transfers take forever to go through.....but that’s only if the app doesn’t glitch out.
4.Maintenance of the app/web access should be done behind the scenes without locking users out for hours....I should have access to my money any time I want
Come on Coast Capital.....don’t become just another big bank that doesn’t care. A 15 year old with a lap top could design a better and more reliable app.
