Okay, but why the ads?

This new SEGA Forever initiative is great and I'm curious to see what other titles might end up on mobile devices. But why, oh why, does the in-app purchase only remove non-SEGA ads? What's the incentive of purchasing if it doesn't remove all ads? It's the same problem as in Crazy Taxi. If you do go forward in the future months, SEGA, please let the in-app purchases remove ALL ADS, including yours. It's like you don't believe in yourselves or in the power of your brand and you thought "Let's remind them of our products with our own ads!" I don't need publicity in your games to remind me you make games. I'll check 'em out. If you offer me the ability to pay to take out the ads, don't make it a half-assed offer. Go all the way: please remove ALL ADS.

Overall great, but a little disappointed

I was thrilled to discover that Sega not only ported Comix Zone to iOS, but also made it free. That former discovery, however, is why I only gave it 3 stars. When the basic save feature is relegated to watching ads or paying to have them removed, part of you begins to wonder why they wouldn't just make you pay for the App up front.

Back in the day, I loved playing this game, it is something,
but with the annoyance and fear of restarting all over again, or to pay to do so.

And now I get to play it on a mobile device and save it as well which is pretty cool. With adds eventually/obviously due to it being a free to play game.

The only thing that needs to be fixed are bugs and stutters, it annoys me, other then that its a great game for old school players.

2d games aren't old.🙂
