Note: If you've bought the App Store version, do not download the Preference Pane version available on our web site as they will conflict. If you have the Preference Pane version installed, please uninstall it and use the App Store version found in "Applications" on your Mac. If it is not there after installing, you are experiencing an App Store bug and should contact Apple.
What's New in Version 3.53
Corrects some preference issues such as changing the movies source folder.
Will not play iTunes Purchases.
I bought this app thinking I would be able to play TV shows and movies bought on iTunes, but you cannot stream any product bought on iTunes that has DRM. Don't make my mistake.
Looked good but doesn't work
I installed and initially it looked good. Unfortunately it doesn't update what is available in iTunes when more content is added. I have contacted them 3 times and have not heard anything back. Nice idea, too bad no support. Submitted same problem to them 3 times already - just submitted again to see if any response but I am guessing not.
Guess I will just write this off as a lesson learned.
Did not work
Installed the app, i have everything open to allow it to function on my network, could only temporarily get the xbox to recognize my mac, my mac never recognized the xbox, the support was awful. Downloaded a free app and it worked seconds after downloading it, very unimpressed I wasted 20 dollars on this, should have done more research first. My mistake, hopefully not yours.
