Utility to easily rename a couple of file in the same directory using filename pattern (filename contains of some substring).
For example is you want to rename all files with prefix "Copy " after drag-and-drop images from iPhoto to the Desktop (i.e. remove "Copy " prefix from all filenames).
What's New in Version 1.2
* Possibility to select file type (file, folder or both)
Works as advertised
this app works as advertised and is quick with the renaming
A + Product
Exactly what I wanted!
This app easily changes or removes prefixes or suffixes - EG all the files in your folder start or end with with My Great Vacation. You can either remove these three words, or change them to something shorter, like MGV. Nothing else in the file name is changed or deleted. Simplicity!
i guess that says it all… tried several different times/ways, even drilling right down to the file itself and it didn't change a thing.
