What i dont like:
1. VAT is not inclusive in the price, annoying to see a bigger amount at the end.
2. Noticed that almost every item is 5-10% more expensive than in the super market.
3. The delivery fee is 3x more than the competition app.
4. The interface is dull and browsing items is not so intuitive.
You guys really need to push further if you want to retain customers, I currently feel deceived and giving my honest opinion, don’t think i’ll use you again.
The worst app ever
I made several orders
All late and keep changing time of delivery and even missing products
Before two days i made an order with delivery time next day
The ither day came and they changed delivery time to the next day
The next say came and they changed the delivery to tomorrow
I communicated over live chat they promised that they will deliver today
Today they called and said missing products
I went directly to the shop
And the products are there
I called them and informed then they start asking me which branch may be i am wrong
On all cases no customer service not punctual and i fo not recommend
Use other applications as there are many in dubai

Order not received.
I made an order and my waiting time was almost 6 days after all these days I have been waiting for they called me confirming the time and date of delivery unfortunately they didn’t deliver my items. As I have been told that my items are out of stock !!!!!!
I don’t recommend this app for anyone.
